Let’s talk about personal growth.
Who you were you a year ago and who you are today are two different people. Who will you be in another year’s time?
Most people run on autopilot and simply follow the trajectory of the path they’re already on without too much additional thought. But if you lead with intention you get back in the driver’s seat and decide for yourself where you want your life to go.
Personal growth won’t always be a linear path (in fact 9 times out of 10 it isn’t) but you’ll be deciding things for yourself and carving out your own path. What are your desired goals? Who do you want to become on that path? Use these prompts to dive into these questions.
5 Journal Prompts for Personal Growth
- Take a goal that you deeply desire and envision yourself having achieved it. Feel it like it’s real. Now ask yourself: what were the steps that I took, and the opportunities I said yes to, in order for me to get here?
- How can I make achieving my goals more fun and enjoyable so that I can appreciate the journey and infuse that energy into my outcomes?
- Who inspires me? How can I use that inspiration to help me become my most genuine, authentic, fully realized self?
- If I continue living my life the way I am now, where will I be in the next 5 years? Is that where I want to be? If not, where do I want to be? What kind of changes do I need to start making to get there?
- What would need to become true for me to reach the next level?
